Program Description
Event Details
Registered nurses will provide flu vaccinations and blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and glucose screenings. Nurses will also provide patient education and referrals as needed. The last screening will begin at 1:45 p.m. No appointments are necessary, there are no fees, and health insurance is not required.
