Create your own charming fantasy world, bursting with a rainbow of colors! Children and their caregivers can stop by at any time between 12:00 and 2:00 pm to turn paper towel rolls into upcycled awesomeness.

Parents must stay in the Children's Library when their children are in a Children's program.
