Chef Naela will demonstrate how to make basic dough, organic beef and veggie pies with sautéed onions and spices, baba ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip with garlic and tahini paste), and a middle eastern salad and homemade dressing. Last but not least, Chef Naela will demonstrate how to make Lebanon Nights dessert with orange blossom water and simple syrup. Recipes will be provided.
