Join us for a heart-centered meditation class in honor of Thanksgiving. This special class will incorporate breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and guided meditations centered on gratitude. The session will close with a relaxing sound bowl experience designed to leave you feeling open, grounded, and nourished. You may be seated or bring a mat to lay down on. Led by Amy Morton, yoga and meditation instructor.
