Learn about the benefits of meditation and explore a few simple techniques to help you focus and breathe, relaxing the mind and the body, reducing stress and improving overall health and well-being.   Wear comfortable clothing.   A great way to begin or reignite your meditation practice! Led by fitness instructor Amy Morton.
