Event Details
Join the Library’s Social Work Intern from Stony Brook University, Stephanie Szabo, for a calming hour of affirmations, meditation, and coloring. Learn and discuss the importance of mindfulness and being in tune with one's emotions and self. Using some of the activities performed during this workshop, master mindfulness in stressful spots. Earn 1 hour of community service credit upon completion of the program.
