This presentation will explore crucial home safety modifications (grab bars, lighting, etc.) for individuals living with dementia, with a primary focus on fall prevention and creating a secure home environment for both the person with dementia and their caregivers. Presented by a volunteer from the Alzheimer’s Association Long Island Chapter.
