This soothing session combines gentle yoga movements, mindfulness practices, and the healing vibrations of sound bowls to create a harmonious experience for body and mind. We will begin with a series of gentle stretches to release tension and increase flexibility, focusing on breath awareness to deepen your connection to the present moment. Following the yoga practice, you will be guided into a serene meditation, allowing you to elevate your mindfulness and inner awareness. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat. Taught by Amy Morton, Yoga and Meditation instructor.
