Dive into a sky full of wonders with Celestron Explorer Telescopes! Astronomy Professor Matt Pappas and his star-studded crew will guide children and their caregivers through an out-of-this-world stargazing experience.
This is an outdoor program. In the case of inclement weather, the program will either be rescheduled or moved indoors to the Emma S. Clark Library's Community Room. Review event description for program-specific guidance. Call the library for updates at 631-941-4080.
Pictures/Videos taken at or for library events or activities may be posted online, printed in our newsletter or other print media, or displayed in-house.

Carolyn Palermo shares her story of sudden, unexpected vision loss and practical resources and tips for adapting to and living with vision impairment.
Create a gorgeous succulent garden, to be donated to newly housed individuals, to brighten up their new living space. Taught by a representative of Pot City. Earn 1 hour of community service credit upon completion of the program.
Have fun making your own plushie while learning a practical skill! Presented by the Long Island Youth Development Art Club. Must attend both sessions.
Parents must stay in the Children's Library when their children are in a Children's program.
