Are you having trouble falling asleep, or getting back to sleep in the middle of the night? Do you feel “tired but wired” and feel like you’ve tried everything but nothing helps? Barb Herd, a Master Certified Health Coach and Sleep Science Coach, will show you some factors that may be affecting your ability to get good, quality sleep consistently in this 2-part workshop. It may have nothing to do with caffeine, blue lights or other “sleep hygiene” practices you’ve heard so much about.
We’ll end the first workshop with 2 ideas of your choice to try in the next two weeks, to help improve your sleep. In the second workshop, we’ll go over what you’ve tried, how it worked, and some other suggestions to consider. There will be group discussions, and interactive activities to make this both informative and fun! It’s time to reclaim restorative rest!
