Event Details

Experience the many benefits of chair yoga in stabilizing and mobilizing the body, fortifying the respiratory system, and developing a calmer, clearer, more meditative, and focused mind. All you need is a chair that does not have arms (which may get in the way). A strap, belt, or tie will come in handy (but is not necessary). Taught by Jackie Incorvia. This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., Nov. 4 at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
