Coping with the holidays as a caregiver to someone suffering from cognitive decline requires advance planning and a lot of self-care. Join a representative from Parker Jewish Institute’s Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands to learn how to set realistic expectations for yourself and those around you, prioritize tasks, and ask for help from loved ones.
