Certified Pilates instructor Alana Bergen will guide you through basic core moves and stretches in seated positions. Wear comfortable clothing and be sure to bring water to class.
This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., Mar. 10, at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
