Dance your way to fitness with instructor Annmarie Rigoroso! Fun, energetic, and perfect for all levels, this high-energy class will boost your mood and provide a host of health benefits! Please wear comfortable shoes and bring water! This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., October 20, at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
