Qi-Gong (pronounced CHI GONG) is an ancient Eastern Healing Art, (Chinese Internal Martial Art). Qi-Gong combines flowing movement patterns with breathwork, helping the body balance and align into more optimal health. This practice can be very beneficial preventatively and for reducing existing medical issues, by naturally helping the body fine-tune and balance itself. Qi-Gong is accessible to all and can be done standing or seated. Led by fitness instructor Amy Morton.
This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Monday, Sep. 9 at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
