This low-impact fitness class combines elements of Pilates and Barre. Certified Pilates instructor, Alana Bergen, will lead you through a mixture of standing and mat exercises, helping you improve posture, increase flexibility, and build long and lean muscles. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., Sep. 8, at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
Online participants will need a sturdy chair. Yoga mats are encouraged but not required.
