Program Description

Event Details

Regular Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. This Pilates-inspired workout is suitable for people who have difficulty getting down on the floor and prefer the support of a chair. Doing modified Pilates movements while standing or seated in a chair is a great way to get the health benefits of these exercises without needing to lie down. Taught by Debbie Krzyminski. This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Tue., Feb. 18, at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class.  Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
