Event Details
Come move your body and enjoy it! This class will help you improve muscle tone, circulation, and endurance. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, muscle toning exercises, low impact movement, and a stretching cool down. Wear comfortable clothing. Sneakers are a must. Bring a towel, loop band, water, and light weights if desired. Taught by personal trainer / fitness specialist Amy Morton. This program will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually via Zoom - your choice! Registration begins Mon., Oct. 21 at 9:30 a.m. for the in-person class. Registration for the Zoom class is ongoing.
